Martins Creek Public School offers Special Religious Education (SRE) to our students who choose to participate. At present, there is no Special Ethics Education (SEE) available.
The classes are non-denominational, offering a general Christian perspective on people and society, encouraging compassion and tolerance.
The Government Approved Provider of SRE teachers at Martins Creek Public School is the Fellowship of Independent Evangelical Churches. The curriculum material comes from Godspace https://godspace.org.au/curriculum/ and Connect https://cepconnet.com.au/curriculum
Students who do not participate in SRE are provided space and opportunity for age appropriate activities as an alternative to these lessons.
